APPOINTMENTS
Our office staff welcomes you with warmth and respect for your privacy and individual needs. Office visits are by appointment only, however, we do our best to accommodate you for same day appointments when needed.

AFTER HOURS AND EMERGENCIES
Dr. Gapinski is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He will always be available to help you with your medical needs in a strictly confidential manner. If you have an emergency and the office is closed, please call the office directly (630-462-4963) and listen to the prompts to page Dr. Gapinski. For non-emergent, routine questions or concerns, you may leave a message or access the patient portal.
BILLING AND PAYMENTS
We are contracted with an outstanding billing company, Horizon Office Technologies, who will handle all of your billing issues. If you have questions regarding a statement, please call them directly at 224-238-4200 x1555 and they will kindly answer your questions.
We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover for your payments. You may either contact the office or our billing service to make a payment.
